Partner terms

4 October 2026. These terms are for businesses in the partner programme. They are not the customer terms and they are not the driver terms.

1. Who we are

The programme is run by Express Car Recovery. The partner site is partners.expresscarrecovery.co.uk. The customer app and website are separate. Questions about these terms: contact@expresscarrecovery.co.uk.

2. Who can join

The programme is for businesses that send a customer to Express Car Recovery. That includes garages, car sellers and other businesses. It is not limited to one town. You must apply with the real business name, street, town, postcode, phone number and email address. A company number is optional. A personal customer account is not a partner account.

3. Approval

Sending the form does not open an account. Express Car Recovery reads the request and decides whether to approve it. There is no fee to apply. If we approve you, you receive a login, a code, a link and a QR code. We can refuse an application or close an account.

4. Your link and QR

Each approved partner has one code. The link and the QR code point at that code. You may put them on a counter, on a message, or on your own page. You may not pretend to be Express Car Recovery, and you may not change the recovery price shown to the customer.

5. The £5

You receive £5 for a recovery that is completed and that the customer started from your link or QR. The customer pays the normal price. The £5 is not a discount and it is not taken off the customer’s bill. Express Car Recovery pays it to your business.

A job is not paid when the customer only calls, only sends a message, or books without your link or QR. A cancelled job is not paid. If a completed job is later refunded, the £5 is taken off a later month.

6. Monthly payment

Completed jobs are added up for the calendar month. The total is paid after that month ends, to the bank account connected for your business. Bank details are collected by Stripe for the payout. Express Car Recovery does not keep the account number or sort code in the partner pages.

If the amount for a month is £0, nothing is sent. A payout already recorded is not recalculated. A later refund is deducted from a following month.

7. What you can see

After you sign in you see your own link, QR, orders and money. You do not see other partners, and you do not see the admin.

8. Your login

You keep the login for your business and you do not share it. The session cookie only keeps you signed in. If we pause the account, the link stops adding new £5 jobs.

9. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the programme.
